Do you work on short-term projects, or do you only offer monthly retainer services?

All solutions are customized based on your specific needs. An always-on approach is typically recommended to ensure continuity and greatest impact, but if you are seeking services for a short-term project (i.e., an upcoming event, individual blog posts, etc.), I am more than happy to arrange that.

Do you bill hourly or by project?

If we have a monthly retainer agreement in place, you will receive a certain amount of hours each month that can span different projects and tasks (i.e., 5 hours for social media, 10 hours for blog posts, etc.). Otherwise, individual projects will be charged a flat fee. Feel free to email me to request a pricing sheet.

What modes of payment do you accept?

I accept payments via Zelle, PayPal, ACH bank transfer and checks.

Do you conduct site visits and in-person meetings?

Absolutely! I'm happy to meet in person. We can also schedule video calls if that's best for your schedule.
