The Full Story

How did we get here?

When I worked at a PR agency, one of my favorite clients was a regional bank in the U.S. - I specifically focused on their Commercial Bank and fell in love with small business-related content. I did everything from pitching reporters about the latest in banking technology, key trends among small business owners and banking advice for small business owners. I geeked out over all the small business PR I had the privilege to work on.

 

Through all of it, I was continuously inspired by the many small businesses' unique stories: whether they took over a family business that had been around for more than 100 years or they would work to give back 15% of their profits to the community. Their stories were impressive and empowering.

Keeping the Lights On

A big mistake that small business owners can make with marketing is lack of consistency. Let's work together to develop a lights-on marketing strategy that will not only attract new customers, but retain them.

While I'm based in Chicagoland, I'm excited to work with any small business, no matter where they are located in the U.S. Plus, I love to travel and visit new places, so I'm always willing to take a trip.
